How to find your location's GPS coordinates in Google Maps

There are several ways you might be able to find your locations coordinates. I have found this to be one of the simpliest and easiest ways so far.

1. Begin by going to www.google.com/maps.

2. To filter the search, type in your area's location into the Google Map's search field and click the "Search Maps" button.

3. Make sure the "Satellite" tab and "Show labels" checkbox are selected. This improves your view and makes it that much easier to find your location.

4. Use the navigation indicated by the red arrows below to zoom and move till your hand cursor is hovering exactly above your chosen location.

5. With your hand cursor hovering above your location, click your right mouse button and choose either "Directions from here", or "Directions to here" from the options which appear.
